21. Known case of  HTN and Cardiomyopathy was referred to endocrine clinic for hypokalemia and Family history of PA

Present Illness

21. A 36 y/o man
21. One year ago, he went to the emergency room for the first time with symptoms of chest pain, palpitations, and sweating, and found out that he had high blood pressure: 210/150, Hypertophic Cardiomyopathy, ICD
21. Two shocks were given by ICD
21. In the second time: hypokalemia (K<3)                referred to Endocrinologist
21. Hx of syncope two to three times a year
