One year ago, he went to the emergency room for the first time with symptoms of chest pain, palpitations, and sweating, and found out that he had high blood pressure: 210/150, Hypertophic Cardiomyopathy, ICD
Two shocks were given by ICD
In the second time: hypokalemia (K<3) referred to Endocrinologist
